Every long-term mentoring discussion eventually runs a little dry. The Mentor and Mentee are still learning together but their interactions would benefit from some new topics and inspiration. Over the years, I have collected some excellent mentoring resources to recommend. Some resources are particular to mentoring but others will be fascinating to any professional. Here is a small selection:
